The project involves a full renovation of the house, coupled with a new first-floor extension. The design carefully respects the conservation area while introducing large glazing areas to flood the house with natural light. An asymmetrical roof design at the rear adds a contemporary touch, creating a dramatic "wow" factor within the dining area through a double-height space. The goal was to modernise the entire dwelling whilst ensuring that the client's spacial requirements were met. This renovation seamlessly blends tradition with a modern twist, enhancing the home’s comfort, energy efficiency, and visual appeal.
